This policy covers how Mopar Ring treats personal
information that we collect and receive, including
information related to your past use of the Mopar Ring
features and services. Personal information is

the Mopar Ring does not own or control, or to people
that the Mopar Ring does not employ or manage.

Mopar Ring collects personal information when you

the Mopar Ring features or services or when you visit
The Mopar Ring web pages or the pages of certain Mopar
Ring partners. When you register or certain features or
services we may ask for information such as your name,
email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation,
industry, and personal interests. Once you register with
the Mopar Ring and sign in to our services, you are not
anonymous to us. Mopar Ring automatically receives and
records information on our server logs from your
browser, including your IP address, Mopar Ring cookie
information, and the page you request. Mopar Ring uses
information for the following general purposes: to
customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill
your requests for products and services, improve our
features and services, contact you, and conduct research
about our site.
Our Information Collection and Use: (Children)
The Mopar Ring is targeted at a general adult audience
our site is a "family safe" rated web site. However, we
do not allow child under age 13 to register for our
features and services. We strongly recommend that users
13 and under refrain from offering any personal

encourage parents to stay involved in the online life of

event, the Mopar Ring will notify you before information

4 - The Mopar Ring displays targeted advertisements
based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad
serving companies) may assume that people who interact
with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting
criteria - for example, men ages 18-24 from a particular
geographic area.
5 - The Mopar Ring does not provide any personal
information to the advertiser when you interact with or
view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or
viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that
the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet
the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
6 - The Mopar Ring advertisers include service providers
(such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and
automotive sites) and non-financial companies (such as
stores, airlines, and software companies) etc.
7 - Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to
serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie
enables it to serve ads to our users based on your visit
to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may
opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the

8 - ValueClick Media, as a third party vendor, also uses cookies to
serve ads on our site. ValueClick Media's use of cookies
enables it to serve ads to our users based on content

You can edit your Mopar Ring registration information at
any time by visiting the feature or service you
registered for. We reserve the right to send you certain
communications relating to Mopar Ring features or
services, such as service announcements, administrative
messages and the Mopar Ring newsletter, that are
considered part of your Mopar Ring account, without
offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving
them. You can delete your Mopar Ring account by visiting
at any time the feature or service you registered for.
Confidentiality and Security:
We limit access to personal information about you to our
staff who we believe reasonably need to come into
contact with that information to provide products or
services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that
comply with federal regulations to protect personal
information about you. Your Mopar Ring Account

Mopar Ring may update this policy. We will notify you
